2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Custom-cut, made-to-order, or special-order products

Opened or used items

Items not in original condition or damaged due to customer handling

3. Return Process

Contact Us to initiate the return process and receive a Return Authorization.

Package the Item securely to avoid damage during return transit.

Send the Item to the return address provided by our team.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
